Take a Walk on the Leopold Loop

Walk on the new 0.4 mile looped trail recently added at Beaver Hollow.
This summer, a 0.4-mile trail was cleared through an upland portion of woods, and named the Leopold Loop. This looped trail leaves from the walkway just past the pollinator garden, meanders through an upland portion of the forest, and ends near the pavilion. It passes some interesting features along the way, and has a bench set in a cedar grove, located half-way around the loop. Take a walk on the Leopold Loop, sit a while on the bench amongst the cedars, and enjoy the forested surroundings.

“To those devoid of imagination, a blank place on the map
is a useless waste; to others, the most valuable part.”
~Aldo Leopold, A Sand County Almanac
